AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, "we" or "us" means Grandstand Casino (the operator of the Grandstand Casino at Woodbine), "you" refers to you as a player using our services, "Platform" means any device through which you access our Services, including but not limited to our Website, mobile app, or client software. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, all references to "we," "us," "our," and "Services" shall be deemed to include Grandstand Casino's affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, and assigns.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ontario without regard to its conflict of law principles or any other jurisdiction's choice of law rule.
JURISDICTION AND VENUE
Any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by a court in Toronto, with the venue properly laid for such purpose.
BINDING EFFECT
These Terms and Conditions are binding upon you and us. They contain all terms, conditions, understandings, agreements between us as of the date written above, and supersede any prior agreements or communications between our parties.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between us regarding the Services offered by Grandstand Casino. It supersedes and replaces all other representations, inducements, promises made to each other before its execution.
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS
Any waiver of these Terms and Conditions must be in writing signed by an authorized representative of ours, otherwise it will not be valid or enforceable. Our failure to assert our rights under the contract at any time does not waive them.
NOTICE TO WE
Please note that your notice to us about anything related to this Agreement should be made either through our Website support system or by sending a letter certified with return receipt requested. Please send it via regular postal mail.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTIES

Grandstand Casino and you agree that each party will fulfill its obligations hereunder to the best of its abilities.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
